The festival also featured the genre-defining electronic duo The Presets performing a DJ set, known for their five ARIA Awards including Album of the Year and their iconic hit “My People” from the chart-topping Apocalypso album. Indigenous Australian artist Thelma Plum brought her prestigious credentials to the stage, having achieved the highest-ever Triple J Hottest 100 result for an Indigenous artist at the time with “Better in Blak” landing in the top 10, alongside winning the Vanda and Young “Song of the Year” award. The diverse lineup continued with Melbourne-based fingerstyle guitarist and storyteller Steph Strings, the explosively popular Playlunch who released their debut album Who’s Ready For A Good Time? in November 2023, rising star Holly Hebe, the vintage-vibes five-piece The Foxy Junes formed in late 2024 with influences from Parcels and Djo, and a special performance from Millowl Dreaming. Gates opened at 12pm with live music commencing at approximately 1:30pm and continuing until the 10:30pm closing, creating an immersive experience where attendees enjoyed picnic rugs, locally-sourced Victorian wines, artisan cheeses, and gourmet food vendors against Churchill Island’s picturesque landscapes and Western Port’s breathtaking summer sunset vistas.
